Our goal is to always provide you with the best quality specialty beans, and service for our coffee beans. If for some reason you have an issue with an order of our 12 oz of roasted coffee beans, We will refund or offer another product to you. Please feel free to contact us via email at [email protected].

No Refunds on 5 lbs Bags of Green or Roasted Coffee
We can’t refund for larger portions of coffee beans i.e. the 5 lbs. bags of coffee beans. Before purchasing large portions, make sure to find the right tasting coffee for you by purchasing our 12 oz bags. 

Damaged while shipping
If damaged while shipping please, contact us and the shipper, along with photographs of all original packing, also keep all original packing, labels etc.

No Returns
We can’t accept returns, as coffee is a perishable food item. Refunds are valid for 30 days from purchase.
